This policy explains what information Kliqzo collects on kliqzo.com, why, and what your choices are. It is written in plain words on purpose.
Who we are
This site is run by Kliqzo (operated by Anshul Kumar). In this policy, "we" means Kliqzo.
What we collect
- Forms and booking. If you book a call or send a form, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and your answers to our questions.
- Messages. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
- AI chat and voice. You may talk or type with an AI assistant on this site. It is AI, not a person, and it says so. What you say or type, and your contact details if you share them, are processed to answer you and to book a call. Conversations may be stored as text or audio, depending on the tool settings. - Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and the fonts we load receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and run the call you asked for.
- To decide whether our service fits your business.
- To keep the site working and safe.
We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
We use outside tools to run the site. Each one processes some of your information for us.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- GoHighLevel handles booking, forms and our contact records, once connected.
- ElevenLabs runs the AI voice and text assistant, once connected.
- Google serves the fonts on this site. Google Fonts receives your IP address when a page loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries any WhatsApp messages you choose to send us.
Cookies and analytics
At launch, this site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it. The AI assistant tool may set its own cookies or local storage to remember your conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and conversation records for as long as we are talking with you about working together, and for a reasonable time after. [NEEDS: set a retention period]

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
